This is an entry-level role ideal for a natural caregiver with experience in early childhood education, childcare/preschool, paraprofessional, mental health, or psychology. You will have assistance advancing your career in education, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, behavior-based therapy and other psychology specialties.

Autism (ABA) Behavior Technician Responsibilities
  • Work with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in our campus location and/or residential facilities  
  • Use behavior therapy to implement students’ clinical, educational, vocational, and daily living skills objectives to assist in decreasing problematic behaviors and improve their overall life quality 
Autism (ABA) Behavior Technician Qualifications 
  • You must be 18 years of age  
  • Be able to provide proof of a High School Diploma or GED  
  • Be able to provide a valid driver’s license  
  • You must be physically, mentally, and emotionally prepared for a challenging work experience
  • 1 year of experience working with children or as a behavior technician in mental health or a similar field
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle  
Anyone with personal or volunteer experience in the ABA space or working with children are highly encouraged to apply!
