Development Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Working with the Director of Development and Communications, the Director of Community Partnerships, and the Advancement Services Specialist, the Development Coordinator is an integral part of the development team, providing administrative support to the department.
- Record and receipt gifts received tothe Annual Fund
- Draft acknowledgement letters and stewardship reports
- Proof correspondence sent from the department
- Assist with social media posts
- Coordinate outgoing mailings
- Other duties as assigned
Development Coordinator Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with database management
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Interest in fundraising, marketing, and events
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize projects, goals, and deadlines
- Experience with Miscrosoft office suite; Raisers Edge database preferrred
- Confident and customer service oriented
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to use independent judgement on varied and complex tasks
- Ability to deal with confidential information
